CCT

年に一度の会で、神戸にきています。昨日は慌ただしく札幌からでてきて、いま神戸でdutyが終わり、部下と一緒に会食をしたところです。

初日のせいでしょうか？人がとても少なく感じました。そして、ライブケースはコンプレックス症例のはずが、イメージングなどを絡めたシンプルな治療になっていました。
CCTらしい以前のようなライブは難しいのでしょうか？明日は、ライブの司会があります。学びがありますように。

CCT

I am in Kobe to attend this annual meeting. Last night, I left Sapporo in a rush, and now I just finished dinner with my team members after my duty in Kobe.

Is it because of the first day of the meeting? I felt the attendance today was very small. In addition, the Live Case session was supposed to show some complex cases, but it was not actually complex at al.

IT is very diffcult CCT  provide the live session it used to have? I will chair a live session tomorrow. I hope I can learn something from that.

当院は、７対１およびICUの加算をとっています。そして夜勤の配置を多くするために、多くの看護師さんをいれています。

患者さんサービス向上および職員の負担をすくなくするために多くの職員を募集しています。

Now Hiring Nurses

Our clinic keeps 7:1 Patient-to-Nurse Staffing Ratio and meets the standards of ICU charge. To increase the number of nurses for night duty, we have lots of nurses.

 We are now hiring new staff to improve patient services and to lighten workload of each employee.

We placed an advertisement in the nursing magazine.

久しぶりの網走、北見、そして大阪

昨日は、網走こが病院に朝からいって、PCI１件、CAG３件、そして北見でPCI5件の手伝い後に、千歳に戻り、そこから大阪に泊まり、本日は朝から CTOCとの手伝いを２件してきました。朝９時半から終了は、７時頃ですので、予定の便で札幌には帰れず、新幹線で東京まで来て、定 宿のシャングリラに泊まって、明日の朝一番の飛行機で札幌に帰り、９時から回診です。

写真は、パリに新しくできたShangri-laホテルからのエッフェル搭です。一度はいってみたいですね。

VEINS chicago

静脈の治療の学会に初参加。

目的は、静脈の治療の最先端をみてくること。当院では外科が下肢静脈瘤にレーザーをしていて、あとは、内科はフィルターを留置や、ストキングはしっかりやっていますが、本格的な静脈疾患に対する勉強が足りないので、以前から興味のあったこの学会に初参加です。

シカゴは２回目ですが、クールな町並みです。

VEINS Chicago

We are in Chicago to participate in the medical meeting for venous treatment.

The purpose of participation is to learn the cutting-edge treatment of veins. In our clinic, Department of Cardiac Surgery is in charge of laser treatment for varicose veins, and cardiology department performs filter placement and uses compression stockings for patients, however, we feel that we haven’t seriously studied enough about venous disorders. That is why we decided to attend this meeting in which we’ve been interested.

This is my second time to visit Chicago. The streets in Chicago are so cool.

Pink-colored Fourth Lab has a bi-plane mainly used by Rhythm Team, and yellow-colored Sixth Lab has our single-plane Clarity.

病院送迎車

麻生、栄町、病院のあいだを定期的送迎車を出して、患者さんのために購入しました。

２台でやります。

当院は、栄町からも遠方であり、高齢者の方などは、通院が困難ですので、定期便として送迎車をやっとだすことができました。

麻生からくるのも、意外に不便なので、地下鉄最終地からの送迎をすることにしました。

Shuttle Bus Service

We have purchased cars to use as a shuttle bus. The bus connects Asabu Station, Sakaemachi Station, and the clinic.

For now we have two cars for this service.

Starting the daily shuttle service had been our dream since the clinic is far from Sakaemachi Station and difficult for elderly patients to receive outpatient treatment.

It is also unexpectedly difficult to visit us from Asabu area, so we started the service stopping at each subway line’s terminal station.
