今後は、３年間は、道外で、とくに新しいCTOの治療HDRとTDADRの啓蒙に努めたいと思っています。レトロを使わずに７Frで治療が可能な安全な新しい方法を患者さんのために広める。そして、海外からも必要であれば、きてもらう。そして行って治療も考えています。
その所属先として、Precision PCI Tokyoという組織にしました。そこで、consultant cardiologistとして、活動をすることにしました。
インバウンド向けでもあり、また、日本の人でPCIが必要といわれたときに、僕がいままでの知識技術をもとに安全で、確実は治療を提供する予定です。
いままでは、病院や施設で治療を受けていた時代から、先生で受ける時代に変えたいと思っています。
内服治療と違い、PCIは技術の差があきらかにでます。とくに安全性については、雲泥の差です。
