  Retro treatment group 

Dr. I.(without calcification) 

 retro channel wiring time=approx. 10 min, procedure time 2 hr 40 min 

 Dr. H. (no calcification) 

retro channel wiring time=about 30 minutes, procedure time 3 hours 40 minutes 

 Dr. N. (with calcification) 

 retro channel wiring time=about 80 minutes, procedure time 3 hours 40 minutes 

 Dr. O. (without calcification)

 retro channel wiring time=approx. 90 min, procedure time 3 hr 20 min 

 Dr. Y. (without calcification) 

retro channel wiring time=about 120 minutes, procedure time 4 hours 30 minutes Success by IVUS-guide with retro failure 

 All cases except Dr. Okamura/Nagamatsu are calcification (-) and TDADR is not expected to be difficult because of less calcification.

The average TDADR wiring time and retro channel wiring time were about the same (about 60 minutes).  

Since there is also waiting time at live shows, it is difficult to say. 

 The global standard is a procedure within 2 hours. Both retro and TDADR wiring must be within 30 minutes.
